Conscious by Design
A side of the spectrum

Shaping an everyone’s culture
Back in 2019, we launched an internal program to help us articulate, through words and actions, our beliefs about organizational culture, grounded in everything we’d learned through practice since the beginning of With Company. Over four editions, we welcomed 58 participants from 25 different companies into a journey of reflection, experimentation, and projection. Now, almost six years later, the world has changed, profoundly. And what once felt unquestionable is now being openly questioned.
That’s why we believe the time has come to refresh and reframe our proprietary program on Organizational Culture. With new questions, new realities, and a new sense of urgency, we’re ready to dive deeper and invite you to join us in this next chapter.
Organizational culture is often treated as something fixed: a set of values, rituals or behaviors that simply are. But what if we saw culture not as a box to define, but as a spectrum to navigate? A spectrum that is fluid, contextual, and shaped by time?
This course invites participants to explore culture not as a snapshot, but as a temporal journey: one that stretches across past, present and future. We will move through three key moments: Attention, Intention and Retention, a framework designed to help participants uncover the stories that shaped their culture, make conscious choices in the present, and commit to actionable change for the future.
The Experience:
- Generate common ground on what is organizational culture while designing it
- Adopt a systemic perspective to organizational culture according to emerging trends and concerns
- Share learnings and insights with though leaders and fellow participants from other companies
The Learnings:
- Navigate through different platforms and get to know case studies, future trends, tools and frameworks
- Understand and overcome the challenges for different organizational structures and leadership models
Join us, and start consciously encouraging positive transformation in your organization
Attention - Intention
We can’t run away from change if we want to continue to be perceived as relevant, however there might be different ways to lead the change and this needs to be aligned with the truth of the organization and the need and expectations of every stakeholder.
We might not be able to predict what the main changes will be, but we will learn how to identify and prepare for the possible paths ahead, through different methodologies of systemic thinking and prototyping.
Main Outcomes
- Align with Organizational Truth: Change should be aligned with the organization's core values and stakeholders' needs.
- Prepare for Uncertainty: While we can't predict all changes, we can develop the ability to recognize and prepare for potential paths.
Intention - Retention
Deep dive and explore the future trends that will be (and some already are) disrupting the workplace, the people’s needs and the business demands — AI, organizational design, new perspectives on DEI relevance and policies, the workspace as cultural enabler, and much more.
Organizations need to tune with the social, economical and technological context to stay ahead and relevant in the market, harnessing the diverse knowledge, skills, and perspectives of teams to create a shared capacity for addressing complex, multi-dimensional responsibilities within an organization.
Main Outcomes
- Future Trends Impacting the Workplace: AI, organizational design, evolving DEI policies, and the workspace as a cultural enabler are disrupting business and people’s needs.
- Adapt to Context: Organizations must align with the social, economic, and technological landscape to stay relevant.
A side of the spectrum
Organizational culture is about internal alignment but also external coherence. It’s a catalyst for innovation, employee engagement, and societal impact. Designing an intentional culture means bridging the gap between abstract ideas and tangible actions, helping leaders navigate the complex relationship between people, consciousness, and performance in today’s workplace.
A strong and conscious organizational culture starts with the active participation of everyone. When every voice has the space to be heard, culture stops being imposed and becomes a collective creation. This shared effort is built on a clear vision and ethos that people can identify with, reinforced by daily actions, decisions, and policies aligned with these principles.
When the organization’s brain (strategy) and body (actions) are aligned, they move in the same direction, ensuring internal and external consistency. This alignment not only promotes individual well-being, fulfillment, and visibility but also directly influences how the organization presents itself to the world, shaping its employer branding and public image in an authentic and compelling way.
A truly aligned organization inspires trust, creates an environment where people thrive, and showcases to the world the positive impact of a culture built with intention and consciouness.
Collective shaping for a long-lasting impact
Through this intentional cultural journey, individuals and organizations move beyond superficial practices, embracing adaptability, empathy, and responsibility to create truthful environments.
It’s about not just understanding culture, but intentionally shaping it to reflect the best of what we can achieve together.
