Future Scenarios Mapping
Future Scenarios Mapping

Scope

The future is uncertain, but that doesn’t mean we can’t prepare for it. This workshop equips teams with foresight methodologies to navigate unpredictability, explore alternative futures, and develop strategies that embrace change instead of resisting it.

Meaning

We no longer live in a world of linear progress and clear predictions. The pace of change is exponential, and organizations must shift from reactive thinking to proactive future-building.

Future Scenarios Mapping provides tools to envision and navigate multiple possibilities, helping teams make informed decisions that align with long-term goals. By engaging in foresight exercises, we break away from short-term, reactionary thinking and build resilient, adaptable strategies.

Overview

Over four immersive hours, participants will learn the fundamental principles of futures thinking and scenario planning. Using real-world case studies and interactive exercises, they will explore multidimensional possibilities, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and construct alternative future narratives.

The goal is not to predict one future but to create multiple pathways that allow for strategic agility.
