    We are looking for company. An experienced UX/UI Designer who fits in our multidisciplinary team.

    If empathy, creativity, and analytical process are at the core of your skill set, along with a solid foundation in visual design principles, typography, color theory, digital layout, interaction design, and prototyping tools this might be for you. Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in collaborative environments? Perfect.

    In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting responsible experiences that are intuitive, visually compelling, and human-centered. By deeply understanding user needs, envisioning innovative solutions, and fostering collaboration across teams, you'll create interfaces that smoothly blend usability, aesthetic impact, and design consistency, ensuring every interaction drives meaningful user engagement and service success.

    To meet this role:
    → Mid/Senior-level
    → Organized with an analytical spirit
    → Familiar with Google Suite, Miro, Maze/User Berry, Figma (Component Libraries and Design Systems)
    → A big Interest in accessibility, inclusive and sustainable design

    ProjectKey Responsibilities:
    → Use user research to inform design decisions.
    → Create wireframes, prototypes, and visually compelling interface designs.
    → Develop cohesive visual systems (typography, color, icons) aligned with project goals and organize them in digital libraries and design systems.
    → Test designs, analyze feedback, and iterate to enhance user experiences.
    → Collaborate with researchers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure feasibility.
    → Ensure design consistency and advocate for user-centered, accessible solutions.
    → Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for seamless implementation.

    Qualifications:
    → Fluent in Portuguese
    → 8 week project (contract)
    → Full-time (40 hours/week)
    → Hybrid model: remote work + availability to fieldwork

    UX/UI Designer

    We are looking for company. A Junior UX/UI Designer who fits in our multidisciplinary and intercultural team.

    If empathy, creativity, and analytical prowess are at the core of your skill set and curiosity, along with a will to know more about visual design principles, typography, color theory, layout, interaction design, and prototyping tools this might be for you. Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in collaborative environments? Even better.

    In this role, you'll be challenged to grow in crafting responsible experiences that are intuitive, visually compelling, and humane-centered. You’ll support the team in understanding user needs and envisioning innovative solutions. Be ready to participate in the creation of interfaces that smoothly blend usability, aesthetic impact, and design consistency, ensuring every interaction drives meaningful user engagement and service success.

    To meet this role:
    → Junior/Mid-level
    → Degree in Design, Multimedia, Communication or related fields
    → Eligible for IEFP internship
    → A big interest in accessible, sustainable and inclusive design
    → Familiar with Google Suite, Miro, Maze/User Berry, Figma (Component Libraries and Design Systems)

    ProjectKey Responsibilities:

    → Comfortable using Figma and using design systems
    → Test designs, analyze feedback, and iterate to enhance final layouts.

    → Full-time (40 hours/week)
    → Hybrid model: remote work + availability to fieldwork
