Day 1

Inner and Outer Systems & Ecosystem Mapping

Get an introduction to systems thinking to learn how to map and taking into account non-traditional actors into the organizational ecosystem, going beyond consumers or leaders, and taking not only society, but also the planet into consideration.

Realize the importance of collective participation and transdisciplinarity in shaping an organization’s belief system, role-playing with Branding and Culture departments to assess consistency and coherence across internal and external spheres.

Belief Systems & Organizational Shaping

Explore disruptive, forward-thinking strategies through radical imagination, pushing past current trends, and encouraging provocative and innovative approaches.
Brainstorm and prototype new organizational models that emphasize harmony between branding and culture, envisioning a future where they collectively shape organizations.

Move beyond standard notions of EVP and employer branding, flourishing an organization that knows its unique value, and tells a consistent story regardless to the listener.

Leverage AI tools to ensure organizational coherence by assessing whether the intended culture and branding guidelines are accurately reflected in the final outputs.

Shaping a conscious organization

As the future unfolds, organizations seem to be less busy with “going bigger”, and more with “going better”. The rise of a new paradigm urges businesses to go beyond profit, growth, or consumer-centricity, and take not only the people, but also the planet into consideration. As expectations for transparency are on the rise, we need to establish a method to increase awareness and responsiveness, helping organizations better understand the systems they operate in and the complex emotions, beliefs, and behaviors that shape their actions and interactions.

Together, we will work on such a method that ensures that the meaningful messages are as impactful as the meaningful transformations, coherently and consistently. Understanding that an organization is shaped not only by its past, present, and future context, but also by its understanding of its own potentials and limitations. An organization that continuously pursues, confronts, and shapes its own truth, embodying what it means to be a conscious organization.
