A team starts from within
and extends beyond
Our team is a diverse collective of humans. Designers, strategists, thinkers and doers, united by a common goal: to impulsionate transformative design for earthly optimism. We believe that we all belong, including non-humans. And we know that working collaboratively is what can change the planet for the better.

Our Culture
Check-Ins
Every Monday morning, we kick off the week by coming together to share the highlights of our weekends and set the stage for the week ahead. It’s a chance to celebrate moments, introduce new ideas, and stay in sync with projects and business goals.
Feedback Lunches
Our feedback lunches are casual, work-free gatherings where we openly discuss what’s on our minds, from worries to ideas for improvement. It’s a safe, friendly space to ensure everyone feels supported and heard.
Retreats
Once a year, we go beyond the usual work routine and gather for a retreat. It’s all about bonding, recharging, and discussing our business vision, all while enjoying great times together.
Personal Development
Every team member has a dedicated annual budget for personal development. From courses to training, we encourage and support each other’s growth and continuous learning.
With Compañero
Every new team member is paired with a With Compañero, a buddy who helps them feel at home and ensures a smooth integration into our team’s culture.
Open Office
Our office is a welcoming, open space for more than just work. We encourage the team to host events, talks, and fun moments, creating a shared environment that brings people together.
Remote Work
Flexibility is a core value here—whether you’re working from home or any place in the world, we trust you to choose the environment where you’re most productive and fulfilled.
Learning Spirit
We have a strong learning spirit and enjoy welcoming students and university interns to join us. It’s an opportunity to connect, share, and nurture the next generation of creatives and thinkers.
Our Team
Ana Adelino
Designer blending beauty and functionality through Purpose Branding. With a background in communication and digital design, Ana is a curious mind seeking meaning. Passionate about the ocean, she’s always up for a laugh — especially with cute dog pics involved.
Beatriz Lopes
Passionate about Accessible and Sustainable Design, between the digital and physical worlds. With a communication and digital design background, Beatriz strives to create impactful and inclusive experiences. Her free time is spent around yarn and needles.
Henrique Nascimento
Mostly known for being Portugal's third baby of the '90s, Henrique develops future-proof systems and experiences based on systemic design thinking to help companies and organizations leap forward.
João Moreira
João started with a law degree, then explored the creative industries strategies and management. That says enough, doesn’t it? With an energy inspired by a friendly and empathetic existence, he usually works in between a Lego session or a funny drawing somewhere. His passions include music in every form, writing poetry and chasing discs in the sand.
Maria Gomes
Design do-it-all, Maria is weirdly organised for someone so forgetful and can use her hilarious dyslexia creatively. She loves travelling and is a sportaholic with a life-long fight to resist chocolate.
Ana Matias
Ana started as a (physical) product designer but soon realised that the metaphysical—those intangible drivers of human behaviour—is where the heat is. She’s our household human behaviour nerd, fluent in irony, passionate about psychology, cognitive bias, colours, and a little bit of everything (except spiders). She’s also a world-renowned chocolate mousse reviewer and a serial crocheter.
Carolina Tamen
Carolina is a graphic designer who knows that design goes beyond aesthetics. She sees design as a driver of storytelling and real-world changes. With this curiosity for how design shapes societies, she’s always looking for ways to make creative ideas meaningful. When she’s not thinking about design, you'll find her either digging through record crates for hidden gems, cooking up something ambitious for her friends, or picking up (and promptly abandoning) yet another new hobby.
Inês Mateus
Inês is a Service Designer with a product design background, passionate about human connection, social impact, and co-design (she might also secretly want to study psychology someday!). Playful and deeply curious about complex challenges, people and life as a whole, she believes in creating impact through empathy. When she’s not deep in long conversations, you’ll probably find her immersed in Pomodoro sprints or planning her next adventure.
Joana Azevedo
Rita Pureza
Rita believes conscious culture design is key to collective flourishing. With a psychology degree and PhD in cognitive sciences, Rita has been through training organizations and HR management. Currently, she co-leads our Branding and Organizational Culture unit, always looking to help organizations find their honesty and implement a sustainable and healthy culture.
Assunção Sampayo
Service Designer passionate about public services, loud laughs and getting people together. She strongly believes the world would be a better place if everyone was open to "walk a mile in someone else's shoes". Enthusiastic and energetic, Assunção is easily interested in her surroundings, but her favorite things are travelling, reading and cooking.
Daniela Valdez
An overthinker who blends intuition, brand strategy, and context to create meaningful stories while championing social issues and equality. Often found cooking while dancing, being outraged when knitting, hunting for second-hand books, or marveling at bees. Farófias (her scary-looking but goofy dog) and Jiji (her sweet-looking but truly demonic cat) let her live in their home.
João Delgado
João is a designer driven by curiosity, passionate about exploring where design meets technology. Focused on imagining better futures by creating impact-driven projects that blend play, experimentation, and thoughtful innovation to create meaningful experiences that connect with people and inspire new ways of thinking.
Júlia Cury
Júlia loves pão de queijo, music, and outdoor life. A creative architect, she combines her skills in organizing spaces, believing shared and collective spaces spark connections and inspire personal and social change. Oh, and she always rocks a karaoke performance!
Rui Quinta
Rui stopped reading design books to become a better designer around 2004, after finishing his degree in Communication Design. While becoming a better designer, strategist, performer, optimisticist, and systemic thinker, he often says he co-founded With Company to enable himself and everyone onboard—united by a deep sense of betterment and optimism—to do whatever they want.
Freelancers
We value collaboration with freelancers who share our vision and can contribute to our projects. We’re always open to connecting with talented individuals who can share our culture.
